Not far from the famous Bolgheri growing area, our vineyards are located in the sunny hills near the mountain village of Querceto – surrounded by wheat fields, oak forests and the omnipresent macchia. Here, our powerful red wine thrives on loamy, clay and gravel soils, which give the juice of the berries a distinctive expression. The deep red, dark colour, an aroma of red berries, pepper and the herbs of the Maremma, a slight spiciness as well as the fresh and elegant finish are the typical characteristics of our wines.
