Description
Named after Mount Aneo, at the foot of which stand the sunlit rows of Campordigno vines, this wine is bursting with body and a sensual aroma of fully ripe, dark berries and the heavy earth of Tuscany. After maturing for twelve months in oak barrels, the Cabernet Sauvignon develops a fine tannin structure and fascinates all the senses with its deep dark red color. Enjoyed with game dishes or a good piece of red meat, its aroma combines to create a unique culinary delight.
Our Aneo should be enjoyed well decanted at temperatures between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius.
Stored well, the wine will continue to mature over the coming years and will continue to pleasantly surprise you even after a long time in the wine cellar.
