Description
Our extra virgin olive oil of first quality is obtained directly and exclusively with mechanical processes from our own olives on Podere Oliveto. We use for our olive oil only fruits of the species Frantoio and Leccino. This gives us an oil with a delicate olive scent, powerful fruit aroma and delicate scent of herbs. The acidity is very low at < 0.2%.
It convinces with a high proportion of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids and a high content of vitamin E.
